Who we are
The Gardens at Canyon Gate is a private event venue, built and run for one purpose: gathering well. It is run hands-on, not left to manage itself — the same owner who personally walked its accessibility path, start to finish, sets the standard for every event held here: a licensed caterer, a licensed bartender when the evening calls for one, and event liability insurance in place before a single guest arrives.
Our setting
We sit at the mouth of Provo Canyon, with Mount Timpanogos as the backdrop and Utah County at the doorstep. It is a short drive from Provo and from Sundance, and close enough to reach easily while still feeling like a step away from the everyday.
Accessibility
We want every guest to reach every part of an event with ease. The owner has personally walked the full path — from parking, across the grounds, and into both event spaces — to confirm ADA accessibility in practice, not only on paper. If you have a specific accessibility need, tell us ahead of your visit and we will plan for it.
