What the inquiry form collects
When you start a wedding inquiry, the form asks for the details below so a person on our team can follow up about your date.
- your first name
- your last name
- your email address
- your phone number
- the wedding date you have in mind
- your approximate guest count
- how flexible that date is
What is collected automatically
The form also runs a short security check, and completing it sends a verification signal from your device. The server also records the IP address your connection reports, alongside your inquiry.
Where it is stored, and who else sees it
Your inquiry is stored in a database the venue operates, hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and is used by venue staff to follow up about your date. Cloudflare also operates the security check described above and receives the verification signal and IP address that check produces. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising tracking script today.
