How planning comes together
From your first inquiry to your event day, we keep planning simple: a couple of dates to have on your calendar, and a few terms that are already settled so you are never guessing.
Key planning dates
Two dates matter most as your event approaches.
- Final details are due 30 days before your event.
- A final review follows 14 days before your event.
What protects your event
A few terms are already in place for every event we host, whatever else is still being decided.
- $500 security deposit
- $250 per hour overtime rate, applied at the venue's discretion
- Client event liability insurance, $1M per occurrence, required on every event
- Risk-based vendor COIs (certificates of insurance), required of vendors whose work carries risk
Plan your setting
Choose a room, choose how your people will sit, and see what it costs. Every table, chair and linen here is what we actually have on site.
Our arrangements
These are the layouts we set most often. When scripting is available the interactive planner opens, where you can choose a room and an arrangement, set your guest count, and add furniture and linens to see an estimate.
